1. The Service

IELTS Practice provides mock IELTS tests designed to replicate the computer-delivered IELTS experience for practice purposes. We are an independent platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the official IELTS partners (British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, or Cambridge University Press & Assessment). Scores and feedback are practice estimates and are not official IELTS results.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly post our test content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract content, or share your account with others.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Test integrity

Some tests run in a secure exam mode (for example, full-screen with focus monitoring) to simulate real conditions. Leaving the test window or otherwise breaking these conditions may automatically submit your attempt. This behaviour is part of the practice experience.

5. Intellectual property

All content, software, and materials on the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own practice only.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that practice scores predict official IELTS results, nor that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
